Prisen Record of the Year går til solisten og produceren på en sang, mens Song of the Year går til sangskriveren.

Billie Eilish vandt også prisen Best Song Written For Visual Media for sin James Bond-temasang "No Time to Die".

Sidste års måske bedst anmeldte album, Fiona Apples Fetch the Bolt Cutters, modtog prisen Alternative Album of the Year, ligesom Apple fik prisen Best Rock Performance for albummets sang "Shameika".

The Strokes vandt deres første Grammy nogensinde, i kategorien Best Rock Album for The New Abnormal.
